Each app is independently created and maintained by its respective developer or organization. VibePick does not endorse, verify, warrant, or guarantee any third-party app, its functionality, security, or content. The presence of an app on VibePick does not imply our recommendation or approval. Users acknowledge that any interaction with third-party apps is at their own risk.

6. External Links & User Risk

When you click on a link to visit an app listed on VibePick, you are leaving our platform and being redirected to an external website or application. All apps submitted to VibePick undergo a review process to ensure quality and compliance with our guidelines. Apps may be rejected for: non-functional or inaccessible URLs; misleading descriptions or screenshots; content that violates our content guidelines; malware, phishing, or security concerns; copyright or trademark infringement; low quality or spam submissions. The review process typically takes 1-3 business days. Rejected apps may be resubmitted after addressing the issues noted in the rejection reason. VibePick reserves the right to remove previously approved apps if they are later found to violate our guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your submitted apps and content. By submitting an app, you grant VibePick a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your app listing on our platform. VibePick and its logo are trademarks of VibePick. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not: submit apps containing malware, spyware, or malicious code; impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; manipulate ratings or reviews; scrape or collect user data without consent; use the platform for illegal activities; attempt to circumvent security measures; or interfere with the platform's operation.

10. Content Guidelines

Apps must not contain: illegal content; hate speech or discrimination; explicit adult content without proper labeling; content that infringes on intellectual property rights; misleading or deceptive information; or content that promotes violence or harm.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibePick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of listed apps. We are not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party apps listed on our platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibePick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
